We switched management of our HOA to a new company from Messick to Bocan. Messick was proposing to double our monthly fee, and they really didn't do that much for us. Bocan Management is now handling our HOA and providing much more guidance, advice, and full service management. If you are past due on the annual HOA fee, you'll be getting an email from Matt Bocan today, and yes, it's legit.
